We are continuing to process all of our orders without delay

Some international orders have seen longer transit times, since the number of actual international flights have been drastically reduced.

But it seems all of our customers have been receiving their orders very well.

Shipping & Returns - Digestinol

Shipping:

We do our best to send out all orders the same day the order is placed.  However, orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.  The majority of our orders are sent via United States Postal Service which maintains an average delivery time frame of 2-3 days for most areas.  Although the United States Postal Service does not guarantee that time frame.

We ship Digestinol all across the world daily, International order delivery time's will vary based on the destination country.  

We do ship to APO boxes.

In situations where a package is shipped by us to a customer, (using the customer supplied information, sourced from the order information), and is returned to us.  The cost of the re-shipping for that package will be the responsibility of the customer.  If a refund is due, the full price of the shipping, from the original shipment, will be deducted from the customers refunded amount.  

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, if you would prefer a different shipping method, additional charges may apply.

Returns:

Unopened bottles of Digestinol (with all of the safety seals intact) may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). It is for the safety and protection of our customers that Digestinol's return policy prevents us from accepting bottles of product that have been opened or otherwise tampered with and therefore, will not be accepted for a refund.

Duplicate Orders & Order Errors:

Each order processed through our website is charged a fee (from the merchant processing company) for receving the payment.  If a customer places an order and there is an error in that order and a refund is needed, those fee's are not returned to us.  If the error was made by us, we will absorb those fee's and refund the full amount to be refunded to the customer.  However, if the error was made by the customer those non-refundable fee's will be deducted from the customers refunded amount. 

Also, when placing your order please review it carefully and only press the "Place My Order" button once to avoid "Duplicate Orders", if a customer places a "Duplicate Order", the "Duplicate Order" will be refunded, minus those non-refundable fee's incurred by the credit card processor.
