**Attention All Customers**
As this virus affects the entire world, we wanted to update you on how Digestinol is handling the situation.

We have received a few calls from customers asking if we were still open, and the answer is Yes.

Early last week we started implementing a "work from home" setup for our employee's. And it seems to be working out pretty smoothly. We have some employee's taking calls, while others focus on paperwork, and others on packing/shipping. So far it's working out very well. So we are all still available and able to take, receive, and ship out all orders (including International orders).

We have done as much research in regards to the operations of the US Post Office as we could and, at this time, it appears that delivery services such as the US Post Office, UPS, and FedEx, have been deemed "Essential Services" which is great because that allows us to still ship out orders and it also means our customers will still receive them. So it doesn't appear that your orders will be affected in anyway in regards to the "Stay at Home" conditions set by many states/countries.

Shipping & Returns - Digestinol


We do our best to send out all orders the same day the order is placed.  However, orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.  The majority of our orders are sent via United States Postal Service which maintains an average delivery time frame of 2-3 days for most areas.  Although the United States Postal Service does not guarantee that time frame.

We ship Digestinol all across the world daily, International order delivery time's will vary based on the destination country.  

We do ship to APO boxes.


Unopened bottles of Digestinol (with all of the safety seals intact) may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). It is for the safety and protection of our customers that Digestinol's return policy prevents us from accepting bottles of product that have been opened or otherwise tampered with and therefore, will not be accepted for a refund.

Duplicate Orders & Order Errors:

Each order processed through our website is charged a fee (from the merchant processing company) for receving the payment.  If a customer places an order and there is an error in that order and a refund is needed, those fee's are not returned to us.  If the error was made by us, we will absorb those fee's and refund the full amount to be refunded to the customer.  However, if the error was made by the customer those non-refundable fee's will be deducted from the customers refunded amount. 

Also, when placing your order please review it carefully and only press the "Place My Order" button once to avoid "Duplicate Orders", if a customer places a "Duplicate Order", the "Duplicate Order" will be refunded, minus those non-refundable fee's incurred by the credit card processor.
