Each bottle of Digestinol contains 270 (500mg.) capsules. Each Formula (Type L & Type S) both contain 375mgs of AMP and 125mgs of the absorption agent (Soy Lecithin or L-Glutamine).
During the initial "Loading Phase" one bottle of Digestinol will supply you for 30 days. Once you obtain the point where you have your symptoms under control, you can reduce your dosage to the maintenance level. During the maintenance level one bottle will last you for 90 days.
